NOTIFICATION
Subject: Barring of students from opting vocational subjects in unauthorized institutions.
In continuation of instructions already issued from time to time regarding admission and conduct of examinations in vocational courses, it is notified for the information of all the students not to opt for vocational subjects in unauthorized educational institutions.
The private educational institutions cannot offer vocational subjects under the present scheme of studies without authorization from the Government/SAMAGRA Project Directorate.
The Government schools shall not admit students for vocational subjects if they are not duly authorized to enroll students in particular vocational trades by SAMAGRA Shiksha. The Head of Institution (HOI) of any unauthorized school(s) shall be liable to both penalty and disciplinary action if they enroll students for any unauthorized vocational subject/trade.
The candidature of students found contravening these instructions shall be treated as invalid ab-initio, and their examination in the vocational subject shall be cancelled by default.
Students having vocational subjects shall mandatorily choose authorized institutions while availing migration/eligibility facility during switch over.
All Heads of Institutions, students, and other stakeholders are advised to take note of this and strictly adhere to the instructions.
