Srinagar Cyber Police Urged to Track Down Culprits Behind Fraudulent Website.
Srinagar, May 2025: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has lodged a formal complaint with the Cyber Police Station in Srinagar, requesting a thorough investigation into the spread of a counterfeit Class 12th result gazette that surfaced online.The fraudulent gazette, accompanied by a fake website, falsely claimed that JKBOSE had released the Class 12th examination results a day before the official announcement. The authentic results were declared on May 30, 2025, but the fabricated URL and gazette, circulated on April 29, caused widespread confusion among students.While the fake website listed students’ names, the marks shown were entirely inconsistent with the official results, prompting JKBOSE to issue a public clarification. The board labeled the website as a malicious creation by “hackers” and urged students to rely solely on official sources.The incident sparked outrage among some students, who protested against JKBOSE, questioning how their personal details appeared on the fake platform.In an official letter to the Superintendent of Police, Cyber Police Station, Kashmir Zone, Srinagar, the Joint Secretary of JKBOSE’s Secrecy Department (Kashmir) stated, “A fake result gazette was circulated on social media on 29-04-2025, a day prior to the scheduled Class 12th Annual Regular Examination result announcement. We request an investigation to trace the URL and hold the perpetrators accountable.”JKBOSE has emphasized its commitment to addressing the issue and ensuring justice for those affected by the deceptive act. The board continues to advise students to verify results only through its official website.

I have expected more than 350 but when I see my result it shows rep three subjects it is totally injustice for many students also one boy copy my answer he has 342 marks but I have rep three why
