SCHOLARSHIP NOTIFICATION

PRADHAN MANTRI UCHCHATAR SHIKSHA PROTSAHAN (PM-USP) YOJANA – CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME OF SCHOLARSHIP FOR COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS (PM-USP CSSS)

Inviting ONLINE applications for:

Fresh Batch 2025
1st Renewal of Batch 2024
2nd Renewal of Batch 2023
3rd Renewal of Batch 2022

via National Scholarship Portal: http://scholarships.gov.in
Deadline: 31st October 2025

Eligibility Criteria

Criteria	Details
Parental/Family Income	Up to ₹4.5 Lakh per annum (Income Certificate required only for fresh applicants)
Other Scholarships	Student should not be availing any other scholarship from any source
Course Requirement	Must be pursuing undergraduate courses in any stream from recognized institutions (within or outside UT of J&K/Ladakh)

Scholarship Amount

Course Level	Amount
Undergraduate	₹12,000/- per annum
Postgraduate	₹20,000/- per annum
Duration	UG: 3 years (₹36,000 total) PG: 2 years (₹40,000 total)

Top 20 percentile list available on JKBOSE website: www.jkbose.nic.in
Applications must be submitted by or before 31st October 2025.
Renewal applications also to be submitted on the National Scholarship Portal.
Universities/Colleges will validate applications at the respective study level.
