📢 JKBOSE Issues Extension Notice for Submission of Online Re-evaluation Forms for Class 11th & 12th (Annual Pvt/Bi-Annual 2025)
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has officially released an extension notification for the submission of online re-evaluation forms for HSE Part-I (Class 11th) and HSE Part-II (Class 12th) Examination Session Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual 2025.
This move comes as a relief for students who were unable to submit their re-evaluation forms earlier within the previously notified dates. As per the latest notification (No: F(Acad-C)/EXT-Rev/XI/XII-Bi-Ann/Pvt/2025 dated 03-11-2025), eligible candidates can now submit their online re-evaluation forms from 04th November 2025 to 09th November 2025.
The Board stated that this extension aims to ensure that no eligible candidate misses the opportunity to apply for re-evaluation of their answer scripts. Students who appeared in the Higher Secondary Examination Part-I (Class 11th) and Part-II (Class 12th) Annual (Private)/Bi-Annual 2025 session can now access the re-evaluation link on the official JKBOSE website: www.jkbose.nic.in.
The notification further clarifies that all other terms and conditions notified earlier shall remain unchanged. This includes eligibility criteria, application procedures, and fee structures as outlined in the original notification (No: F(Acad-C)PS-Rev/XI-Bi-Ann/Pvt/2025 dated 22-10-2025).
According to the notice issued by the Director Academics, JKBOSE, the extension decision was made to accommodate students who faced genuine difficulties in completing the online process within the initial deadline.
The notification has been circulated to various education authorities across Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, including Directors of School Education, Joint Secretaries, Assistant Secretaries, and all Heads of Government/Private Higher Secondary Schools. The concerned officers have been instructed to ensure timely dissemination of the information and to notify it through local dailies for wider public awareness.
This re-evaluation process allows students to have their answer scripts rechecked to ensure accurate marking and fair assessment. It provides an opportunity to correct any potential errors in the evaluation process, offering students a sense of transparency and trust in the examination system.
