JKBOPEE Provisional Selection List: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has officially issued the Provisional Selection List (PSL) of candidates belonging to the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh for admission to BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, and BPT courses for the academic session 2025 after the completion of the first round of online counselling.
The list was released through Notification No. 167-BOPEE of 2025, dated 11 November 2025, and includes candidates provisionally allotted seats in Government and Private Colleges/Institutions of J&K and Ladakh.

Reporting & Admission Procedure
Provisionally selected candidates are required to report to their respective allotted colleges/institutions between 13 November 2025 and 15 November 2025 for completion of admission formalities.
Documents Required at the Time of Admission
Candidates must bring the following original documents for verification:
- Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation)
- Marks Card of 10+2 (Science Stream)
- Domicile Certificate (for UT of J&K) / ST Certificate (for UT of Ladakh)
- Valid Category Certificate, if applicable
- Backward Class/Reserved Category Certificate (where applicable)
- NEET-UG 2025 Score Card
- Any other document as required by the respective college
Important Instructions
1. Provisional Admission
- Admission is purely provisional and subject to final verification by the concerned college.
- If any document or information is found false or fabricated, the admission will be cancelled immediately and action will be taken as per rules.
2. Category Verification
- All colleges must verify category certificates carefully and ensure they are in the prescribed format of the UT of J&K.
- Certificates must be valid as of the last date of online registration (31 October 2025).
3. Reporting & Attendance
- Students should report well before the last date to avoid disqualification.
- Colleges will remain open on holidays/off days to facilitate admissions till the cut-off date (15 November 2025).
4. Resignation & Upgradation
- If a candidate wishes to resign from the allotted seat, he/she must submit a formal resignation letter to the concerned college before 15 November 2025.
- Such candidates will remain eligible for the next round of counselling after submitting fresh preferences.
5. Reserved Category & Disability Cases
- Reserved category admissions are governed under Reservation Acts and S.O. 176 of 2024, as amended by S.O. 305 dated 21-05-2024.
- Candidates with disability must undergo assessment by a Special Medical Board before final admission.
Responsibilities of Colleges and Institutions
- Colleges must verify eligibility, documents, and category certificates before confirming any admission.
- Heads of institutions are required to furnish shortfall reports (if any) to BOPEE by 15 November 2025, 5:00 PM via email at:
