Subject: Online submission of Extension case files by the affiliated Private Academic Institutions of Kashmir Division including District Kargil of UT of Ladakh
Reference: Circular bearing No: F(Gen-B)KD/20, dated 10-10-2020, of the Joint Secretary, General KD
It is hereby circulated for the information of all the Heads of affiliated Private High and Higher Secondary Schools of Kashmir Division, including District Kargil of UT of Ladakh, whose affiliation is expiring in October 2026 / March 2027, that the last date for submission of requisite Affiliation case files/applications for further extension — duly complete in all respects (academic and infrastructural details, requisite documents, safety certificates, and prescribed fee) — via the designated portal www.jkbose.nic.in/affiliation is 31st March 2026.
The management(s) of the institution(s) that fail to submit their case(s) within the stipulated time shall be liable to pay late fees, in addition to the prescribed fee, as per the “Circular – Affiliation Calendar” already notified for the purpose.
