Sub: Schedule for submission of Online Examination Forms Cum Registration Returns Renewal of Higher Secondary Part I & II (Class 11th & 12th) Annual Examination, Regular Session (Oct–Nov 2025), by eligible students of Winter Zone Areas of Jammu Division and district Leh (UT of Ladakh).

It is hereby notified for information of all stakeholders that the students who are currently on rolls in 11th and 12th Classes in the academic Institutions affiliated with J&K BOSE in Winter Zone Areas of Jammu Division including Leh district, UT of Ladakh and are eligible to appear in Annual-Regular Examination session (Oct-Nov 2025) shall submit their EXAMINATION FORMS cum RENEWAL REGISTRATION RETURNS online through JKBOSE website: www.jkbose.nic.in

Further, the examination forms of those students of Winter Zone areas who were provisionally admitted in classes 11th and 12th in current academic session (Re-appear/Failure of Annual/Reg. 2025 Session) and are now appearing in Bi-annual, Pvt. 2025 Examination and their result has yet to be declared, can also be filled (provisionally) as per the following schedule:

Note:
An additional fee of Rs. 100/- per candidate per practical subject of classes 11th and 12th shall be charged in all such cases where external practical examination is conducted by JKBOSE.
