The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has issued an official notification for the submission of Internal Assessment Awards for HSE-I (Class 11th) Annual Regular, Oct–Nov 2025 Session for all Government and Private educational institutions functioning in the Kashmir Division, including District Kargil.
As per the notice, the Heads of Institutions are instructed to submit the internal assessment awards of their eligible Class 11th candidates to the concerned Divisional Secrecy/Sub/Branch Offices of JKBOSE on or before November 13, 2025.
After compilation, the Sub/Branch Offices must forward the compiled awards to the Office of the Deputy Secretary, Secrecy-IInd, Kashmir Division, by November 15, 2025.

📜 Instructions for Heads of Institutions
The Board has outlined specific guidelines to ensure smooth and error-free submission of internal assessment marks:
- Use Official Format:
Marks must be entered in prescribed formats downloadable from the official JKBOSE website — www.jkbose.nic.in. - Legibility:
Awards must be clearly written, without any overwriting, cutting, or use of correction fluid. - Submission in Duplicate:
Internal assessment awards must be submitted in duplicate, bearing complete examination roll numbers, subject examiner signatures, and attestation by the Head of Institution. - Record Maintenance:
All institutions (Govt. & Pvt.) must maintain a record of internal assessments, duly signed by the subject teacher, Examination In-Charge, and HOI for future reference. - Timely Submission:
Late submission beyond the stipulated period will invite penalties as per JKBOSE norms. - Accountability:
Any discrepancy or erroneous submission of awards will make the institution responsible for consequences.
