Tentative Seniority List for Police Gazetted Service: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, Home Department, has issued the Tentative Seniority List (TSL) of officers belonging to the J&K Police (Gazetted) Service – Commissioner Rank, falling under Super Time Scale-II, Level-14 (₹144200–₹218200) of the Pay Matrix.
This has been released through Government Order No. 537-Home of 2025, dated 11.11.2025.
The seniority list has been prepared in accordance with:
- Rule 10 of J&K Police (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2024 (SO 500 of 2024), and
- Rule 24 of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1956.
Objections Invited Within 21 Days
The Home Department has invited representations from officers who may have objections regarding their inter-se seniority position.

No objections will be accepted after the stipulated period.
