No it can,t be, in kupwara snow is falling heavily and the roads are blocked, currently no electricity and it is impossible to reach the exam centers on 10 am.

I Dont know if this comment will reach you or not but It is not possible to visit exam centre in my area due to landslides its snowing very heavily here I Dont know what will I do I have prepared so well Plz postpone the exam Plz I beg you plz
