NOTIFICATION

SUBJECT: Updation of Photograph & Signature of the candidate/s in Classes 10th, 11th and 12th in the Exam forms of Annual Regular Session Oct–Nov 2025 Winter Zone of Jammu Division including District Leh & change of subjects in case of Class 11th only

It is hereby notified for the information of all the heads of affiliated Govt./Private High/Higher Secondary Schools of Jammu Division including District Leh that the correction/updation, if any, required in the Photograph & Signature of the candidate/s in Classes 10th, 11th and 12th and for change of Subject/s in case of Class 11th only, as recorded while filling the online examination forms of Annual Regular Session Oct–Nov 2025 Winter Zone, may be submitted in the IT Section, Jammu Division or concerned Sub/Branch Office along with the relevant records (as per Annexure “A” & “B”) with the token fine of Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred Only) per candidate up to 14/10/2025, thereafter token fine of Rs. 500/- per candidate shall be charged up to 20/10/2025.

The heads of the Sub/Branch Offices shall ensure to further transmit the correction/updation data/record as submitted by the institutions to the ITSS, JD by or before 20-10-2025 positively in the prescribed format.

Note: No request shall be entertained after the prescribed date. Principals/Heads of the Institutions are solely responsible for ensuring that all the corrections are completed within the stipulated time.
