Seniority List of PG Masters/Teachers 2025: The School Education Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, has issued a notice releasing the tentative seniority list of PG Masters and Teachers in the discipline of Biochemistry as it stood on 01.10.2025.
This new list has been prepared after examining various representations and objections received following the issuance of the previous final seniority list in January 2024.
Key Highlights of the Notification

Inclusion of New Members: The department has updated the list to include service particulars of members who had sent representations through their respective Directorates.

Regular Mode Degrees (Without Permission): A significant decision has been made regarding incumbents who obtained their PG degrees through regular mode during service without proper permission. They have been incorporated into this seniority list. However, their inclusion or future promotion is subject to the condition that they are granted proper permission by the Competent Authority for acquiring the PG degree during service.

Cut-off Date: The seniority list represents the position of the cadre as of October 1, 2025.

Call for Objections
The department has annexed the tentative list as Annexure-A and invited objections from members of the cadre who:

How to Submit Objections?

Timeline: Objections must be submitted within 15 days from the date of issuance of the list.

Procedure: Members must submit their objections along with authenticated documentary proof of their service particulars/bio-data.

Channel: Objections must be filed and forwarded through the concerned Directorates (DSEJ or DSEK). Direct submissions to the Administrative Department may not be entertained.
Important Note: The department has stated that no objections will be entertained after the expiry of the stipulated 15-day time period. Teachers and Masters in the Biochemistry discipline are advised to check the list immediately.
